PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI DAN AKTIVITAS PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19 PADA SDN 007 SUKA DAMAI KECAMATAN SINGINGI HILIR

Abstract


Motivasi dan Aktifitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran pada masa Covid-19 sangat menurun, begitu juga pada  pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam di SD Negeri 007 Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir. Oleh karenanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana peningkatan motivasi dan aktifitas pembelajaran PAI pada masa Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data yang digunakan ialah guru pendidikan agama Islam, kepala sekolah dan beberapa peserta didik yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik interaktif. Hasil penelitian ialah, pertama, motivasi peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PAI di masa Covid-19 di SD Negeri 007 tergolong rendah. Kepemilikan perangkat android, laptop di rumah justru mengalihkan kesibukan mereka untuk kegiatan yang tidak terkait dengan pembelajaran. Kedua, aktifitas pembelajaran PAI pada masa Covid-19 terbatas pada pembelajaran untuk aspek kognitif, sementara aspek afektif dan psikomotorik cenderung terabaikan. Ketiga, upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan aktivitas peserta didik dilakukan dengan menetapkan kebijakan pengambilan materi dan tugas PAI serta penyerahannya ke guru mesti dilakukan di sekolah, tidak diizinkan melalui online. Kebijakan ini terbukti efektif dengan indikator peserta didik memiliki semangat untuk datang ke sekolah, baik dalam rangka menjemput materi serta tugas maupun penyerahan tugas yang telah dikerjakan.
