PERFORMA PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE: APAKAH KESIAPAN ITU PENTING ?
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah kesiapan dalam pembelajaran online mempengaruhi performa mahasiswa dalam belajar online. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 28 mahasiswa di program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam yang mengikuti perkuliahan online mat kuliah Sejarah Pendidikan Islam. Analisis structural equation modelling (SEM) menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap performa mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran online. Selanjutnya, ditemukan bahwa efikasi diri mahasiswa terhadap keberadaan computer atau koneksi internet untuk kesiapan belajar online, memiliki efek paling besar terhadap performa diskusi pada pembelajaran online. Temuan ini bermanfaat bagi praktisi pembelajaran online untuk mempertimbangkan aspek efikasi diri computer/internet dalam merancang pembelajaran online.
