PREVALENSI STRESS GURU : PELATIHAN IDENTIFIKASI STRESS GURU DAN PENGENALAN PRAKTIK MINDFULLNES DI SATSANU PATHAM BANGKOK

Abstract


Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat stres guru di SATSANU Patham, Bangkok, serta memberikan solusi melalui pelatihan identifikasi stres dan pengenalan praktik mindfulness. Stres guru menjadi isu penting karena berdampak pada kesejahteraan pribadi dan kualitas pengajaran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara luring pada 15–16 Februari 2025 dan dilanjutkan secara daring pada 28–29 Juni 2025. Pelatihan dirancang dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain partisipatif. Tahapan kegiatan diawali dengan survei tingkat stres menggunakan instrumen standar. Selanjutnya, guru dibekali materi mengenai gejala dan dampak stres, serta diajarkan teknik mindfulness seperti meditasi pernapasan dan kesadaran saat mengajar. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai perubahan pemahaman dan tingkat stres peserta. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran guru akan pentingnya kesehatan mental dan memberikan keterampilan praktis untuk mengelola stres secara mandiri. Hasil akhir yang diharapkan adalah berkurangnya tingkat stres guru dan terciptanya suasana belajar yang lebih sehat, harmonis, dan mendukung prose.
