PROGRAM KUNJUNGAN USAHA SEBAGAI BEST PRACTICE PADA MATA KULIAH KEWIRAUSAHAAN (STUDI KASUS MANAJEMEN SARI ROTI CABANG YOGYAKARTA)

Abstract


Mata kuliah kewirausahaan sangat penting diterapkan sejak dini karena memiliki kecenderungan untuk mahasiwa membuka usaha baru di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem manajemen yang  digunakan oleh distributor sari roti cabang Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunaan metode teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan pengambilan informasi dari website, dokumen dan literatur. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data, lalu diuji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini ialah usaha distributor sari roti menjadi salah satu peluang usaha yang cukup menjanjikan dengan niat usaha dan aspek manajemen yang digunakan dapat menunjang ekonomi daerah dan keluarga.
