PELATIHAN KUKIS KELOR SEBAGAI UPAYA MITIGASI KELUARGA BERESIKO STANTING

Abstract


Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang serius, dengan dampak jangka panjang yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Di Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang, angka stunting masih tinggi, mencapai 27,4% pada tahun 2023. Tujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan ibu-ibu dalam meningkatkan gizi anak balita dengan pemberian makanan pendamping berupa kukis kelor sebagai upaya mitigasi keluarga beresiko stanting. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian adalah KWT Citra Karsa yang beranggotakan 20 orang ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta hingga 89% dalam mempraktikkan pembuatan kukis kelor. Produksi kukis sehat mencapai 4 toples/keluarga/bulan. Pendampingan lanjutan sangat dibutuhkan sehingga dampak dari kukis sehat menggunakan bahan kelor ini bisa dirasakan oleh masyarakat (keluarga) di Desa Benua Raja, Kecamatan Rantau Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang.
