AbstractKesehatan dan keselamatan kerja adalah kondisi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang berlaku di tempat kerja, perusahaan, masyarakat, pabrik, atau lingkungan tempat kerja. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja juga bertujuan untuk menghindari perilaku atau situasi berisiko yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan. Tergantung pada sifat pekerjaan mereka, pekerja akan menjalani pemeriksaan kesehatan secara teratur. Pekerja, di sisi lain, diharapkan untuk menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang sesuai dan mengikuti semua peraturan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Akibatnya, tujuan dari penilaian sistem ini adalah untuk menentukan dan memahami efektivitas rencana kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Proyek Laporan Pilihan (PRISMA) untuk tinjauan sistematis, tinjauan sistematis dan meta-analisis, pencarian literatur secara sistematis, kemudian membaca semua literatur yang diperoleh (2011-2021) dan menganalisis semua data literatur dan menulis jawaban dari hasil. perpustakaan tujuan analisis data.
