AbstractTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja memengaruhi work lengagement pada karyawan swasta selamalmasa pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambil sampel purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 karyawan yang bekerja diperusahaan swasta. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan tehnik regresi berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap work lengagement pada karyawan swasta.
