AbstractTantangan global terkait isu lingkungan dan perubahan iklim menuntut organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan menerapkan prinsip keberlanjutan di seluruh aspek operasional. Penerapan Green HRM menjadi strategi penting untuk menyeimbangkan tujuan bisnis dengan pelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui mediasi green innovation. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode systematic literature review terhadap jurnal bereputasi periode 2021–2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik GHRM yang meliputi green recruitment, green training, green performance appraisal, dan green compensation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Novelty penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi GHRM dengan green innovation sebagai variabel mediasi strategis dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Temuan ini memperkuat bahwa organisasi yang mengadopsi strategi SDM berbasis sustainability memiliki tingkat inovasi dan efisiensi yang lebih tinggi.
