AbstractPenggunaan teknologi yang semakin meluas di kalangan mahasiswa membawa banyak manfaat, namun juga berpotensi menimbulkan masalah. Cyberslacking merupakan perilaku menyimpang yang dilakukan mahasiswa ketika mengoperasikan internet tanpa berkaitan dengan pembelajaran pada saat terlaksananya perkuliahan. Technostress merupakan stress yang diakibatkan oleh ketidakmampuan dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi. Hal ini merupakan dua fenomena yang perlu dikaji dikalangan mahasiswa. Riset ini bertujuan meneliti hubungan technostress dan cyberslacking pada 386 mahasiswa di Sumatera Barat. Studi ini adalah riset kuantitatif-korelasional dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Skala cyberslacking versi Indonesia dikembangkan oleh Simanjuntak dkk (2019) yang merujuk pada teori Akbulut dkk (2016) dengan nilai validitas CFA 0,50 – 0,91. Skala technostress disusun oleh peneliti dengan mengacu pada aspek technostress dari Upadhyaya & Vrinda (2021) dengan nilai 0,252-0,621 dan nilai reliabilitas 0,704. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi diperoleh nilai r = 0,344 dan p= 0,00 (p<0,05) yang mengindikasi bahwa adanya hubungan positif technostress dan cyberslacking pada mahasiswa di Sumatera Barat, dengan gambaran tingkat cyberslacking rendah dan technostress yang sedang.
