IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR KESELAMATAN KONSTRUKSI KERJA DALAM PROYEK KONSTRUKSI UNTUK MENCAPAI INFRASTRUKTUR YANG BERKUALITAS

Abstract


Tingginya angka kecelakaan di industri konstruksi akibat kompleksitas proyek, lingkungan dinamis, dan rendahnya kepatuhan regulasi mendorong identifikasi faktor kritis implementasi Keselamatan Konstruksi Kerja(K3). Penelitian ini menganalisis 100 jurnal melalui tinjauan sistematis (PRISMA-SLR) untuk mengkaji lima faktor dominan: manajemen (perencanaan, pengawasan, kepatuhan regulasi), kesadaran pekerja, pelatihan, teknologi (IoT, BIM), dan budaya keselamatan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa manajemen merupakan faktor paling krusial, diikuti kesadaran pekerja, pelatihan, teknologi, dan budaya keselamatan. Integrasi holistik kelima faktor terbukti efektif menurunkan angka kecelakaan, meningkatkan produktivitas, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman. Penelitian merekomendasikan integrasi kebijakan K3 dengan manajemen proyek, pelatihan berbasis teknologi, dan penguatan budaya keselamatan melalui kepemimpinan proaktif. Temuan ini menjadi dasar pengembangan strategi K3 berkelanjutan, khususnya bagi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) yang menghadapi keterbatasan sumber daya.
