AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan kios pemesanan mandiri terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di sebuah restoran cepat saji di Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap Restaurant General Manager sebagai narasumber utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi kios mempermudah pekerjaan karyawan dan memungkinkan mereka berfokus pada pelayanan pelanggan tanpa mengalami peningkatan stres. Selain itu, pelatihan yang efektif memfasilitasi adaptasi cepat karyawan terhadap teknologi ini. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa kios pemesanan mandiri memberikan dampak positif pada efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, meskipun terdapat tantangan teknis seperti ketergantungan pada koneksi internet.
