AbstractTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dengan data primer dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Populasi dalam meneliti penelitiannya yakni seluruh pegawai Polres Karawang yakni 82 Orang. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, dan uji t untuk menguji dan menentukan pengaruh variable independent terhadap variable dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja Polisi di Polres Karawang.
