AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kontribusi transformational leadership terhadap employee well-being. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dengan subjek yang berpartisipasi sebanyak 111 orang guru pondok pesantren yang telah mengisi kuesioner skala global transformational leadership dan employee well-being. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan IBM SPSS 20. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa P=0,000 (P<0,005). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership memberikan kontribusi sebesar 43,6% terhadap employee well-being pada guru pondok pesantren x.
