Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat kontribusi pada meaning in life terhadap employee well being dosen perguruan tinggi agama islam negeri. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cluster sampling dengan perolehan subjek sebanyak 114 dosen perguruan tinggi agama islam negeri. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi sederhana dengan SPSS Statistic 20 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diketahui P = 0,000 (P<0,005) dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meaning in life memberikan kontribusi sebesar 21,4% terhadap employee well being pada dosen perguruan tinggi agama islam negeri.
