PELATIHAN KOMUNIKASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI ATASAN BAWAHAN DALAM MEMPERSIAPKAN CHANGE READINESS KARYAWAN DI PERUSAHAAN GENERATING COMPANY

Abstract


Perusahaan BUMN dituntut untuk efektif dan efisien dalam pengelolaannya agar dapat memberikan keuntungan finansial bagi negara sehingga dihadapkan pada perubahan besar dengan tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi. Perubahan organisasi harus disertai dengan kesiapan menghadapi perubahan bagi seluruh karyawan yang perlu dipersiapkan melalui komunikasi yang baik dari atasan kepada bawahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi atasan kepada bawahan dalam mempersiapkan karyawan dalam menghadapi perubahan.

Peneilitian ini menggunakan metode action research melalui keterampilan fasilitasi melalui e-learning dengan mengutamakan metode belajar modern learner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pelatihan melalui e-learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi atasan kepada bawahan memberikan dampak positif untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi perubahan.
