Strategi Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Kolaboratif Dalam Sinergi Antara BUMDes dan Koperasi Merah Putih

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) kolaboratif dalam sinergi antara BUMDes dan Koperasi Merah Putih guna mewujudkan keberlanjutan pembangunan ekonomi desa. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA 2020, mencakup analisis terhadap 35 artikel ilmiah terindeks Sinta 2 dan internasional yang terbit antara tahun 2018–2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan SDM kolaboratif merupakan elemen fundamental dalam memperkuat struktur kelembagaan dan meningkatkan kinerja ekonomi desa. Tiga temuan utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi: (1) pentingnya kepemimpinan kolaboratif dan budaya gotong royong sebagai fondasi sinergi kelembagaan; (2) penerapan digitalisasi SDM dan inovasi terbuka sebagai penggerak efisiensi organisasi; dan (3) penguatan tata kelola partisipatif melalui kolaborasi lintas lembaga dan sektor. Melalui sintesis sistematis, penelitian ini menghasilkan model konseptual baru yaitu Collaborative Human Resource Management for Sustainable Village Economy (CHRM-SVE) yang mengintegrasikan prinsip collaborative governance, sustainable HRM, dan community-based development.
