Pengaruh Employee Well-Being, Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior dan Job Satisfaction Terhadap Work Engagement

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh employee well-being, family supportive supervisor behavior, dan job satisfaction terhadap work engagement guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Handayani Kota Bekasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory) dengan metode penelitian berupa pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 83 guru, yang diambil dengan non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa: (1) uji parsial pengaruh employee well-being terhadap work engagement diperoleh thitung 3,203 > ttabel 1,66 dan Sig. 0,002 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya bahwa employee well-being secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement; (2) uji parsial pengaruh family supportive supervisor behavior terhadap work engagement diperoleh thitung 2,235 > ttabel 1,66, dan Sig. 0,028 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan H2 diterima. Artinya bahwa family supportive supervisor behavior secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement; (3) uji parsial pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap work engagement diperoleh thitung 2,880 > ttabel 1,66, dan Sig. 0,005 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya bahwa job satisfaction secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement; (4) uji simultan pengaruh employee well-being, family supportive supervisor behavior dan job satisfaction terhadap work engagement diperoleh Fhitung 32,239 > Ftabel 4,04 dan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan H4 diterima. Artinya bahwa employee well-being, family supportive supervisor behavior, dan job satisfaction secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Variabel employee well-being merupakan variabel paling dominan yang mempengaruhi work engagement guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Handayani Kota Bekasi.
