AbstractOsteoartritis (OA) lutut merupakan penyakit muskuloskeletal degeneratif yang banyak dialami oleh lansia dan menjadi salah satu penyebab utama nyeri kronis serta disabilitas fungsional. Perkembangan pendekatan bioregeneratif, seperti platelet-rich plasma (PRP), menunjukkan potensi dalam memperbaiki lingkungan biologis sendi melalui modulasi inflamasi dan stimulasi proses regeneratif jaringan. Namun, efektivitas pendekatan bioregeneratif sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi biomekanik sendi dan perilaku aktivitas individu. Oleh karena itu, terapi non-farmakologis berperan penting sebagai fondasi dalam menciptakan lingkungan sendi yang mendukung proses bioregeneratif sekaligus mencegah disabilitas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan lansia dalam menerapkan terapi osteoartritis berbasis pendekatan bioregeneratif (PRP) dan non-farmakologis sebagai upaya pencegahan disabilitas lutut. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui workshop edukatif dan interaktif yang meliputi edukasi osteoartritis, pengenalan konsep bioregeneratif PRP, pelatihan latihan fisik aman, demonstrasi teknik kompres panas dan dingin, serta edukasi modifikasi aktivitas sehari-hari. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metode pre-test dan post-test, observasi keterampilan, serta kuesioner kepuasan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta secara jelas setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Program ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kemandirian lansia, menciptakan lingkungan sendi yang kondusif bagi proses bioregeneratif, serta menurunkan risiko disabilitas lutut akibat osteoartritis
