AbstractPilar penatalaksanaan diabetes meliputi lima aspek utama, yaitu pemantauan kadar gula darah mandiri, pengaturan pola makan, aktivitas fisik atau olahraga yang tepat, kepatuhan terhadap pengobatan, serta edukasi berkelanjutan mengenai diabetes. Aktivitas fisik menjadi salah satu komponen penting dalam pengendalian kadar gula darah, namun tingkat pengetahuan penderita diabetes terkait manfaat dan penerapan aktivitas fisik masih bervariasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien diabetes melitus mengenai pentingnya aktivitas fisik dan perawatan kaki. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Perumnas 2 dengan peserta 65 penderita diabetes. Metode kegiatan meliputi pemberian edukasi tentang aktivitas fisik dan perawatan kaki, diikuti dengan pelaksanaan demonstrasi senam kaki. Tingkat pengetahuan peserta diukur sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah pemberian edukasi (post-test). Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta setelah intervensi, dimana jumlah peserta dengan tingkat pengetahuan tinggi meningkat dari 32,2% menjadi 44,6%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian edukasi tentang aktivitas fisik efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta mengenai pentingnya aktivitas fisik dalam pengendalian diabetes
