AbstractKeterampilan berbicara di depan umum merupakan bagian penting dari kompetensi komunikasi abad ke-21, namun banyak santri pesantren masih mengalami kecanggungan dan rasa gugup ketika berbicara di hadapan audiens. Kondisi ini dipengaruhi oleh minimnya latihan terstruktur, keterbatasan pengelolaan kecemasan berbicara, serta kurangnya ruang praktik yang aman dan suportif. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kompetensi komunikasi santri melalui pelatihan public speaking berbasis praktik yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur’an Ar-Rahmani, Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan pelatihan partisipatif yang memadukan pemaparan materi dasar, simulasi berbicara singkat, latihan terarah, serta umpan balik dari fasilitator dan teman sebaya. Materi pelatihan mencakup struktur pidato sederhana, teknik vokal dan artikulasi, penggunaan bahasa tubuh, serta strategi regulasi diri untuk mengelola rasa gugup. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi dan keberanian santri untuk tampil, disertai perbaikan pada struktur pidato, kejelasan penyampaian, dan aspek komunikasi nonverbal. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan praktik pendidikan komunikasi di lingkungan pesantren berbasis pengalaman belajar langsung.
