Abstract


Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam pengelolaan aset digital, khususnya pada institusi pendidikan yang memiliki koleksi informasi dan pengetahuan dalam jumlah besar. Pergeseran menuju Digital Asset Management (DAM) telah mendefinisikan ulang bagaimana organisasi menyimpan, mengakses, dan mengelola asetnya secara efisien. Salah satu pendekatan yang relevan adalah integrasi Network-Attached Storage (NAS) dengan layanan komputasi awan (cloud), yang menghadirkan solusi hibrida untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas, keamanan, serta kolaborasi antar pengguna. Meskipun menawarkan berbagai keunggulan, penerapan integrasi ini juga menghadapi tantangan, mulai dari kebutuhan infrastruktur, biaya implementasi, hingga literasi digital sumber daya manusia yang terlibat. Dalam konteks perpustakaan sekolah, permasalahan penyimpanan dan perlindungan koleksi masih menjadi isu penting, terutama pada institusi di tingkat menengah. Mitra pendampingan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perpustakaan SMKN 7 Bandung yang hingga kini masih mengalami keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan koleksi berbasis teknologi. Melalui penerapan solusi DAM berbasis NAS dan cloud, diharapkan perpustakaan sekolah dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan koleksi, memperluas jangkauan akses informasi, serta membangun sistem penyimpanan yang lebih aman dan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar.
