SariPerkembangan teknologi informasi memungkinkan karyawan memanfaatkan internet untuk mendukung pekerjaan, tetapi juga berpotensi menimbulkan perilaku cyberloafing. Salah satu faktor yang diduga berhubungan dengan perilaku ini adalah self control. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self control dengan perilaku cyberloafing pada karyawan organisasi X di Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian melibatkan seluruh karyawan berjumlah 40 orang melalui teknik saturation sampling. Instrumen berupa kuesioner daring dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara self control dan perilaku cyberloafing r = -0.50, p = .001 (p < .01), dan N = 40.. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa self control memiliki hubungan kuat dengan perilaku cyberloafing. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian adalah perlunya perusahaan menekankan aspek kebijakan, pengawasan, dan sosialisasi aturan penggunaan internet di tempat kerja, untuk menggurangi perilaku cyberloafing.
