DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 BAGI KESEHATAN MENTAL PERAWAT ICU

Abstract


Sejak dinyatakan sebagai pandemi oleh WHO pada bulan Maret 2020, Covid 19 menjadi masalah yang sangat ditakuti semua orang termasuk perawat. Salah satu dampaknya adalah masalah kesehatan mental perawat, termasuk perawat ICU. Dengan begitu banyaknya jumlah pasien Covid 19 yang membutuhkan ICU menyebabkan beban kerja dan kelelahan pada perawat ICU yang dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan mental. Tujuan dari studi literatur ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan peneliti tentang dampak dari: identifikasi, skrining dan kriteria inklusi. PRISMA flowchart digunakan untuk menampilkan alur pencarian evidence. Hasil dari review menunjukkan terdapat 6 artikel yang didapatkan dari proses pencarian. Studi literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak psikologis pandemic Covid-19 pada perawat ICU, yaitu stres, kecemasan, depresi, PTSD dan insomnia. Rekomendasi untuk manajemen RS adalah dengan mempertimbangkan beban kerja dan kesejahteraan perawat ICU. Implikasi untuk Rumah Sakit dapat dijadikan acuan untuk mencegah dampak psikologis pada perawat ICU agar tidak terjadi berkepanjangan.
