STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT FOR GLOBAL COMPETITIVENESS: INSIGHTS FROM INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

Abstract


Manajemen strategis memiliki peran yang krusial dalam memandu organisasi menuju daya saing global yang Tangguh. Saat ini semua perusahaan atau bidang bisnis memerlukan perluasan koneksi dalam menjawab tantangan global dan terus meningkatkan jangkauan pelanggan yang lebih luas. Ketika perusahaan tidak memiliki strategi yang cukup dalam menjaawab segala tantangan dan perubahan maka dapat diprediksi perusahaan itu akan sulit berkembang. untuk itu perlu adanya wawasan dan informasi yang cukup dalam menjalankan bisnis agar dapat bersaing di pasar global. Tujuan analisis ini adalah untuk membuka wawasan mengenai cara meningkatkan daya saing global perusahaan, bagaimana memperluas jaringan bisnis internasional, dan bagaimana mengelola resiko global dengan efektif. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif khususnya library method, berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir dan buku-buku up to date (5 tahun terakhir). Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan internasional memeiliki peran yang sangat penting dan vital dalam konteks manajemen strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing global. Tantangan khusus yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan seperti perubahan politik, ekonomi dan social ditingkat internasional, hal ini perlu didukung dengan memperluas hubungan dan jaringan secara global sehingga dapat meningkatkan keunggulan kjompetitif dan berdaya saing tinggi. Memiliki pemimpin yang tepat dalam menjalankan bisnis global, pemimpin dapat menentukan pengambilan keputusan dalam menghadapi risiko-risiko yang terjadi dalam bisnis dan hubungan internasional.
