HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN IMPROVING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Abstract
Di era globalisasi saat ini perkembangan teknologi sangat pesat, Sistema digitalisasi telah menguasai berbagai bidang. Tidak jarang banyak bidang pekerjaan yang saat ini membutuhkan keahlian dalam bidang IT dan pegawai harus memiliki skil yang baik dalam mengimbangi perkembangan dan poerubahan yang terjadi. Pada kenyataannya saat ini masih banyak perusahaan yang kesulitan dalam menemukan SDM yang tepat dan unggul. Banyak perusahaan yang akhirnya mengalami kemunduran karena kurangnya SDM yang mampu mempertahankan kinerjanya di era globalisasi saat ini. Untuk itu perlu adanya strategi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan SDM yang unggul dan memiliki kualitas yang memadai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa yang dimaksud dengan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia, Langkah strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, bagaimana Implementasi strategi manajemen SDM dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif khususnya library method, berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir dan buku-buku up to date (5 tahun terakhir). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
