Evaluasi Kinerja Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP3A) Kota Pekanbaru Dalam Pencegahan Pernikahan Dini

Abstract


Tujuan peneltian ini untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dinas pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak (DP3A) Kota Pekanbaru dalam mengurangi tingkat pernikahan dini. Metode yang digunakan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan termasuk dalam kategori penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan teknis analisis data yang melibatkan pengurangan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kesimpulan adalah belum mencapai hasil yang memuaskan untuk meminimalisir pernikahan usia dini. Kesimpulan penelitian dinas terkait kurang efektif  dalam meminimalisir perkawinan usia dini sehingga masih banyaknya dijumpai anak yang menikah dibawah umur dikarenakan kurangnya sosialisasi secara menyeluruh mengenai perkawinan usia dini dan  masih ada ditemukan masyarakat yang belum sadar dengan dampak pernikahan dini tersebut. Kontribusi peneltian ini Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP3A) Kota Pekanbaru.
