PELATIHAN PENGENDALIAN BIAYA HOTEL UNTUK SISWA DI SMKN 1 KLUNGKUNG
Abstract
Program pelatihan ini menerapkan prinsip pelatihan keterampilan profesional dan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman, dengan menekankan pendekatan teori dan praktik. Kurikulum mencakup modul yang sesuai dengan standar sertifikasi, mengintegrasikan simulasi, studi kasus, dan aplikasi nyata. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan siswa, perancangan materi pembelajaran interaktif, penyampaian teori dasar yang didukung oleh media visual, dan pelaksanaan simulasi praktik pengendalian biaya dalam skenario hotel. Tahap evaluasi akan dilakukan setelahnya, di mana siswa dapat berdiskusi dan mengklarifikasi konsep. Umpan balik dari siswa akan membantu dalam penyempurnaan metode pelatihan di masa depan. Program pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam manajemen biaya hotel, sehingga mereka lebih siap untuk menghadapi ujian sertifikasi dan sukses dalam karier di industri perhotelan.
