Pelatihan Model Pembelajaran Pj4CS (Integrated Project-Based and 4C-Scaffolding) dan Model WE-ARe (Warm-Up, Exploring, Argumentation, Resume) pada Guru Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Babang Kecamatan Bacan Halamera Selatan
Abstract
Pembelajaran aktif merupakan inovasi dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang terkait dengan reformasi pendidikan. Guru menjadi katalisator yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan memecahkan masalah peserta didik. Tujuan kegiatan PkM ini adalah (1) meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai model pembelajaran Pj4CS (Integrated Project-Based and 4C-Scaffolding) dan Model WE-Are (Warm-up, Exploring, Argumentation, Resume); (2) meningkatkan kemampuan implementasi model pembelajaran Pj4CS dan Model WE-ARe. Jenis metode PkM yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2024 sampai dengan 2 Agustus 2024. Peserta dalam kegiatan pelatihan melibatkan guru-guru Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Aliyah Babang, Halmahera Selatan, Maluku Utara, Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi angket, diketahui bahwa 94,74% peserta memberikan respon bahwa kegiatan PkM ini sangat menunjang pengembangan karir profesionalisme mereka sebagai guru. Dalam kegiatan PkM ini terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai mengenai model pembelajaran Pj4CS dan Model WE-ARe. Selain itu, juga terjadi peningkatan kemampuan implementasi model pembelajaran Pj4CS dan Model WE-ARe. Kegiatan pelatihan model pembelajaran aktif dan inovatif perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan pada guru-guru di sekolah dalam rangka peningkatan kompetensi profesionalisme mereka.
