Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik stakeholder management dalam non-governmental organization (NGO) studi kasus organisasi Garda Pangan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menjaga hubungan baik dengan para stakeholder di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.  Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah pada organisasi Garda Pangan, untuk menjaga hubungan dengan stakeholdernya melalui empat tahapan, yaitu stakeholder identification, plan stakeholder management, manage stakeholder engagement, dan control stakeholder engagement. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah stakeholder management yang dapat digunakan untuk bagi NGO dalam menjaga hubungan baik dengan para stakeholder.
