Abstract


Peran dosen tidak lepas dari peran perguruan tinggi yaitu meliputi pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat (Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi). Pendidikan yang berkolaborasi dengan penelitian, lalu menuju kepada pengabdian atau entrepreneurship (kewirausahaan). Entrepreneur harus dimaknai sebagai suatu eksploitasi pengetahuan dari pendidikan dan hasil penelitian. Salah satu tugas seorang dosen adalah menyiapkan generasi emas Indonesia 2045, yaitu dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas SDM yang dapat berkompetisi secara global. Keberhasilan dalam pembangunan pendidikan adalah kunci pencapaian visi Indonesia Emas 2045.

Untuk mencapai hal tersebut penting bagi seorang dosen untuk dapat mengeksploitasi pengetahuan yang dimiliki sehingga dapat memberikan metode pengajaran yang terbaik yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi siswanya serta dapat melakukan inovasi-inovasi pendidikan dengan meningkatkan penelitian yang pada akhirnya dapat menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitasi. Peningkatan pengetahun dapat dilakukan dengan saling berbagi pengetahuan (Knowledge Sharing) diantara para pengajar sehingga dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa dan pengembangan dosen/pengajar itu sendiri. Berbagi pengetahuan memainkan peran kunci dalam peningkatan inovasi universitas, dan menjadi blok bangunan kinerja yang efisien dalam lingkungan pendidikan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan (Knowledge Sharing) sebagai faktor mediasi dalam peningkatan kinerja individu (Individual Performance) yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor perilaku (Personality Traits), dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan (Perceived Organization Support) dan  budaya berbagi (Sharing Culture). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan (Knowledge Sharing) dapat menjadi faktor mediasi antara hubungan sifat perilaku seseorang (Personality Traits) dengan kinerja individu (Individual Performance) serta budaya berbagi (Sharing Culture) dengan kinerja individu (Individual Performance)
