ANALISA EXECUTIVE COACHING DAN SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE BERPENGARUH TERHADAP TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP DAN SERVANT LEADERSHIP

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara komprehensif pengaruh executive coaching dan penerapan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan yang melayani pada kepala sekolah taman kanak-kanak di BPK PENABUR Jakarta. Responden yang mengisi kuesioner ini berjumlah 168 guru taman kanak-kanak di BPK PENABUR Jakarta. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan software SEM-PLS khususnya software Warpls versi 6.  Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) executive coaching berpengaruh terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional; (2) executive coaching mempengaruhi kepemimpinan yang melayani; (3) kecerdasan emosional mempengaruhi kepemimpinan transformasional; dan (4) kecerdasan emosional mempengaruhi kepemimpinan yang melayani. Dengan demikian, pengaruh tertinggi adalah executive coaching terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional. Dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah taman kanak-kanak di BPK PENABUR Jakarta perlu diterapkan tipe executive coaching dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Tujuan pelaksanaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja individu dan mampu mencapai visi dan misi lembaga sesuai tujuan semula.
