PENGARUH PRESENTASI DIRI STREAMER, INTERAKSI SOSIAL TERHADAP NIAT BELANJA LIVE STREAM MELALUI KENIKMATAN YANG DIRASAKAN

Abstract


E-commerce di Indonesia telah berkembang dengan cepat dan dipandang sebagai bagian penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari konsumen. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari pengaruh presentasi diri streamer dan interaksi sosial terhadap niat belanja live stream melalui kenikmatan yang dirasakan pada e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deduktif dengan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan purposive sampling karena adanya kriteria tertentu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang didistribusikan melalui Google Form dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa presentasi diri streamer dan interaksi sosial secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi persepsi kenikmatan. Presentasi diri streamer dan interaksi sosial ini juga secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi niat belanja live streaming. Kenikmatan yang dirasakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat belanja live stream. Namun, presentasi diri dan interaksi sosial tidak mempengaruhi niat belanja live stream melalui kenikmatan yang dirasakan.
