Abstract


Dalam era digitalisasi yang berkembang pesat, optimalisasi manajemen operasional menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasok. Digitalisasi telah membawa dampak signifikan dalam cara perusahaan mengelola operasional dan rantai pasok, di mana teknologi seperti Internet of Things (IoT), kecerdasan buatan (AI), dan blockchain dapat mengatasi tantangan klasik dan meningkatkan efektivitas aliran barang dan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi optimalisasi manajemen operasional yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasok di era digital. Melalui pendekatan analisis kualitatif dan studi literatur, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi canggih, peningkatan kolaborasi antar mitra dalam rantai pasok, serta penerapan strategi seperti lean management dan just-in-time dapat membantu perusahaan mencapai efisiensi yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk perusahaan yang ingin bertransformasi digital dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional mereka.
