AbstractKrisis ketahanan pangan global yang semakin mendorong berbagai negara untuk memperkuat kerja sama internasional di sektor pertanian, termasuk Korea Selatan melalui inisiatif K-Rice Belt pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis inisiatif K-Rice Belt sebagai instrumen kebijakan luar negeri Korea Selatan dalam kerja sama pertanian di Afrika tahun 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, serta analisis data kualitatif terhadap berbagai sumber dokumentasi, jurnal resmi yang relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori bantuan luar negeri yang dikembangkan oleh Lancaster sebagai kerangka analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa K-Rice Belt merupakan instrumen kebijakan luar negeri Korea Selatan yang bersifat multidimensi, mencakup tujuan diplomasi dalam memperkuat posisi Korea Selatan sebagai negara pivotal global di Afrika, tujuan pembangunan dan kemanusiaan melalui transfer teknologi pertanian kepada delapan negara mitra, serta tujuan komersial melalui pembangunan ekosistem pertanian berbasis teknologi Korea di kawasan Afrika. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa K-Rice Belt mencerminkan strategi Korea Selatan dalam memanfaatkan keunggulan komparatifnya di sektor pertanian sebagai modal untuk memperkuat pengaruh internasionalnya di Afrika.
