AbstractKemampuan berbicara di depan umum merupakan keterampilan penting yang perlu dikembangkan oleh remaja, untuk mendukung pengembangan diri, keberhasilan akademis, dan partisipasi sosial. Namun, banyak remaja masih mengalami kecemasan tentang berbicara di depan umum karena rendahnya efikasi diri. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri remaja dalam berbicara di depan umum melalui kombinasi teladan dan pendekatan psikopedagogis. Program ini dilaksanakan di Masjid Miftahul Jannah di Desa Suka Maju, Depok, selama dua sesi dengan 19 remaja berusia 13–19 tahun. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi ceramah interaktif, praktik langsung, dan penyediaan modul pelatihan. Observasi lapangan menunjukkan bahwa peserta menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kepercayaan diri, keterampilan artikulasi, dan penguasaan teknik komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal. Hasil refleksi menunjukkan bahwa metode teladan efektif dalam memberikan contoh konkret dan menumbuhkan motivasi, sementara pendekatan psikopedagogis membantu peserta mengelola emosi mereka dan mengembangkan pola pikir positif terkait keterampilan berbicara.
