AbstractBencana banjir sering menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan kesehatan pada masyarakat terdampak, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan ketidakcukupan asupan gizi akibat terbatasnya akses terhadap pangan serta kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pengolahan makanan yang sehat. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terdampak banjir mengenai pentingnya gizi seimbang, pemilihan sumber pangan yang tepat, serta cara pengolahan makanan sehat yang benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penyuluhan edukatif, diskusi interaktif, serta pembagian media edukasi kepada masyarakat yang terdampak. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai konsep gizi seimbang, jenis makanan yang memiliki nilai gizi baik, serta teknik pengolahan makanan yang tepat untuk menjaga kandungan gizinya. Selain itu, masyarakat juga menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi selama kegiatan berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan edukasi gizi merupakan upaya yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pemenuhan asupan gizi yang memadai, khususnya pada kondisi bencana dan pascabencana
