AbstractKader posyandu memiliki peran penting dalam memantau kesehatan ibu hamil sebagai upaya deteksi dini komplikasi kehamilan, termasuk preeklamsia. Pemeriksaan kehamilan secara berkala sangat diperlukan untuk menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan dan luaran buruk persalinan : (kelahiran mati (stillbirth), berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR), prematur). Meskipun kegiatan posyandu di Desa Kamal telah berjalan secara rutin, layanan untuk deteksi dini preeklamsia masih belum optimal karena keterbatasan keterampilan dan sarana pemeriksaan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader posyandu dalam melakukan skrining awal preeklamsia menggunakan metode urine dipstick test. Sasaran utama kegiatan ini adalah kader posyandu di wilayah Desa Kamal. Peningkatan kapasitas dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dengan metode pelatihan, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan teknis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kader dalam melakukan skrining awal preeklamsia dan pencatatan risiko kehamilan. Sebagai tindak lanjut, perlu dikembangkan sistem manajemen risiko kehamilan dan evaluasi efektivitas penggunaan urine dipstick secara berkelanjutan di tingkat desa.
