PROGRAM PENDAMPINGAN PSIKOLOGIS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN RESILIENSI KELUARGA YANG MEMILIKI ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS DI SLB BINA POTENSI PALEMBANG

Abstract


Keluarga yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus menghadapi tantangan kompleks yang memerlukan ketahanan psikologis dalam mengelola tekanan emosional, sosial, dan ekonomi. Program pendampingan psikologis ini bertujuan meningkatkan resiliensi keluarga melalui intervensi psikoedukatif berbasis Family Resilience Framework di SLB Bina Potensi Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan pendekatan project-based learning yang melibatkan delapan orang tua sebagai partisipan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, kuesioner resiliensi keluarga, dan logbook reflektif. Program dilaksanakan dalam lima pertemuan yang memadukan metode daring dan tatap muka, mencakup seminar pembukaan, psikoedukasi, wawancara mendalam, serta pendampingan reflektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat resiliensi keluarga tergolong tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 3,4 dari skala 4. Sistem keyakinan keluarga berlandaskan spiritualitas menjadi kekuatan utama dalam penerimaan kondisi anak. Pola organisasi keluarga menunjukkan fleksibilitas peran dan pemanfaatan dukungan sosial yang baik. Komunikasi keluarga cenderung terbuka dan kolaboratif meskipun masih terdapat kendala dalam regulasi emosi. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendampingan psikologis berbasis psikoedukasi efektif memperkuat kapasitas adaptif keluarga dalam menghadapi tantangan pengasuhan anak berkebutuhan khusus.
