AbstractMahasiswa yang terjun ke dunia bisnis perlu memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang aspek manajerial, termasuk perencanaan bisnis, Business Model Canvas, pemasaran digital, manajemen keuangan, serta perizinan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mereka melalui pelatihan. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memperkuat pemahaman mahasiswa dalam mengelola bisnis secara efektif. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam pelatihan meliputi perencanaan kegiatan, pelatihan penyusunan Business Model Canvas dan rencana bisnis, pelatihan pemasaran digital, manajemen keuangan, perizinan, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Setelah mengikuti program ini, mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara mampu menyusun rencana bisnis, laporan keuangan, serta strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih baik. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa.
