AbstractPengabdian ini berfokus pada revitalisasi peran kaum bapak di gereja HKBP Tapian Nauli, Medan Sunggal, melalui metode role playing. Isu utama yang diangkat adalah rendahnya partisipasi aktif kaum bapak dalam kegiatan gereja dan pembinaan spiritual. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan kaum bapak dalam pelayanan gereja dengan mengintegrasikan metode role playing yang berbasis pada konteks budaya Batak dan spiritualitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembinaan interaktif melalui simulasi peran yang mendalam, yang memungkinkan peserta untuk mempraktikkan peran mereka dalam situasi yang relevan dengan tugas gereja dan nilai-nilai budaya. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan dan pemahaman kaum bapak terhadap peran mereka dalam gereja, serta memperkuat keterkaitan antara adat Batak dan kehidupan rohani mereka, menciptakan perubahan positif dalam partisipasi gereja dan spiritualitas.
