SariPenelitian ini merupakan kajian sistematik literatur (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) yang bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi komunikasi hasil asesmen, baik tes maupun non-tes, dalam konteks pendidikan dan bimbingan konseling. Proses penelaahan dilakukan secara cermat mengikuti pedoman PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guna menjamin transparansi dan replikasi. Pencarian literatur difokuskan pada database Scopus dengan menggunakan kombinasi kata kunci seperti “assessment feedback”, “communicating assessment results”, “test”, “non-test”, “education”, “counseling”, “students”, dan “learners”. Dari pencarian tersebut, diperoleh 42 dokumen awal yang kemudian disaring menjadi 20 artikel berdasarkan kriteria inklusi: artikel jurnal peer-reviewed, terbit antara 2015–2025, relevan secara tematik, serta berbahasa Inggris atau Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan PICOC (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome, Context), serta melibatkan sintesis tematik dan visualisasi bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas komunikasi hasil asesmen sangat dipengaruhi oleh kejelasan pesan, media penyampaian, dan sensitivitas terhadap konteks budaya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan profesional yang berfokus pada komunikasi asesmen yang inklusif dan kontekstual di lingkungan pendidikan dan konseling.
