NAVIGATING QUARTER LIFE CRISIS: THE PROTECTIVE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL INVOLVEMENT ON ACADEMIC RESILIENCE IN INDONESIA

Quarter Life Crisis (QLC) adalah fase psikologis yang sering dialami oleh mahasiswa usia 20–35 tahun, ditandai oleh kebingungan identitas dan kecemasan masa depan. Resiliensi akademik, kemampuan bertahan dan bangkit dari tekanan akademik dan emosional, sangat penting dalam menghadapi QLC. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh pengalaman berorganisasi terhadap resiliensi akademik mahasiswa di Indonesia, serta melihat pengaruh gender dan domisili. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel 90 mahasiswa yang memiliki pengalaman berorganisasi minimal enam bulan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan pengalaman berorganisasi selama 6–12 bulan meningkatkan resiliensi akademik secara signifikan. Mahasiswa laki-laki cenderung memiliki resiliensi lebih tinggi dibanding perempuan, meskipun jumlah responden laki-laki terbatas. Selain itu, mahasiswa dari Kawasan Timur Indonesia memiliki skor resiliensi yang lebih tinggi dibanding Kawasan Barat. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengalaman berorganisasi berperan penting dalam membangun ketahanan psikologis mahasiswa menghadapi tekanan akademik dan QLC. Disarankan agar program pengembangan resiliensi memperhatikan pengalaman organisasi, perbedaan gender, dan latar belakang geografis mahasiswa
