SariKekerasan, khususnya kekerasan seksual dan pemerkosaan, merupakan isu kesehatan publik global yang menimbulkan dampak psikologis mendalam, termasuk gangguan stres pascatrauma (PTSD), depresi, dan kecemasan. Mengingat prevalensi dan konsekuensinya yang parah, intervensi konseling menjadi krusial untuk pemulihan trauma. Kajian literatur berbasis Systematic Literature Review (SLR) ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi intervensi konseling yang efektif bagi korban kekerasan dan pemerkosaan. Menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dan visualisasi co-occurrence kata kunci dengan VOSviewer, studi ini mengidentifikasi pola-pola dan klaster tematik dalam literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Temuan utama menunjukkan fokus dominan pada penanganan dampak psikologis, dengan efektivitas intervensi berbasis internet (Internet-Based Trauma Recovery Nursing Intervention/IBTRNI), terapi berbasis perhatian (Mindfulness-Based Trauma Recovery for Refugees/MBTR-R), dan terapi kognitif-perilaku (CBT). Konsep penting lain yang muncul meliputi peran narasi pribadi, efikasi diri, keberdayaan (agensi), kasih sayang diri, dan dukungan sosial dalam memfasilitasi pemulihan. Meskipun demikian, stigma dan hambatan pencarian bantuan tetap menjadi tantangan signifikan. Kesimpulannya, intervensi konseling sangat penting dalam memitigasi gejala trauma dan mendorong pemulihan holistik, yang mencakup pemaknaan dan pemberdayaan diri. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengevaluasi adaptasi budaya dan dampak jangka panjang intervensi pada populasi yang lebih beragam
