Analisis Strategi Pengembangan CSR PT. Adaro Indonesia dalam Upaya Penguatan Implementasi Program Kampung Asri (Studi di Desa Jaro Kecamatan Jaro, Kabupaten Tabalong)
Abstract
Dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan program Kampung Asri, penelitian ini menyelidiki strategi PT. Adaro Indonesia untuk mengembangkan Corporate Social Responsibility. Diharapkan bahwa program ini akan meningkatkan kualitas hidup penduduk Desa Jaro dan memastikan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Mixed Method dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan survei. Kemudian untuk analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Adaro Indonesia menerapkan beberapa strategi, termasuk kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, relasi kuat, komunikasi baik, responsif, pengawasan masif dan tepat sasaran dalam memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat desa. Studi ini juga menemukan program Kampung Asri yang dilaksakan di Desa Jaro dapat dikatakan berhasil dengan komitmen kelompok peternak dan masyarakat yang kuat dan didukung dengan sumberdaya alam yang ada. Selain itu, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi program Kampung Asri meliputi dampak perubahan iklim yang ekstrem dapat mempengaruhi ketrsediaan pakan dan kesehatan ternak sapi dan mempengaruhi pertanian yang berdampak pada keindahan embung sawah. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program CSR melalui peningkatan komunikasi, pelatihan, dan penguatan jaringan kemitraan yang lebih luas. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan lain dalam mengembangkan program CSR yang berkelanjutan dan berdampak positif bagi komunitas.
