Peran Green Culture dan Servant Leadership dengan Mediasi Green Inovasi Terhadap Green Employee Performance Pada Rumah Sakit Swasta Kota Medan
Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian untuk menentukan apakah inovasi hijau berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara budaya hijau, kepemimpinan pelayan dan kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit swasta kota Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan observasi studi kasus dari rumah sakit mengenai persepsi terhadap praktik bisnis hijau, kepemimpinan pelayanan, dan kinerja lingkungan untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai program-program bisnis hijau dan praktik kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di rumah sakit. Analisis menggunakan SEM PLS untuk memahami performa Kinerja Karyawan Hijau (green employee performance) yang ditentukan oleh budaya hijau (Green culture), Kepemimpinan melayani (servant leadership) dan inovasi hijau (green inovasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green culture dan servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Green Employee Performance, Green culture dan servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan dengan mediasi Green Innovation terhadap Green Employee Performance, dan Green Innovation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Green Employee Performance pada Rumah Sakit Swasta Kota Medan. Implikasi penelitian adalah untuk membangun kinerja karyawan hijau perlu membangun budaya hijau dan inovasi hijau pada dunia kerja rumah sakit.
